My review is long overdue. I found Ashley through Yelp about a year ago while getting ready to buy in North County San Diego. We met at Starbucks and I was happy to meet a down to earth professional with strong knowledge about the market and financing. She was amazing at figuring out a creative schedule to view homes since I have a toddler. Once we found my home, I was glad to have her on my side since we bid on a foreclosed home through Fannie Mae and got it! It was a long process but worth it! Ashley also helped me secure a plumber, electrician, and locksmith... Now, a year later, I experienced some water damage from a unit above and Ashley helped me find the owner of the property. She is an amazing realtor and a great friend now!
We met Ashley through some colleagues and she and her team came highly recommended. We immediately could tell why...professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Once we had Ashley and her team on our side they have been fantastic and the best thing is the responsiveness when we need something. We also could tell they were really hunting down the perfect home for us based on what we wanted. You have got to meet them and see why everyone loves working with the Regal team. 100% worth it in our opinion.
Ashley and her team did an incredible job of selling my home in the Moncado Springs neighborhood of Vista. The team is intelligent, sweet, caring, and very responsive. The whole process could not have gone any smoother. What I admired most, was a fair and realistic value of my home ahead of time. She hit the goal number exactly! I am already using Ashley for future real estate needs and would recommend her to any of my friends or family for their needs as well!
This is the second time our family has used Ashley as our agent. She helped us purchase our first home about 4 years ago. This time Ashley had an entire team working with her. Ashley handled the sale of our condo, sold it for the full list price in 6 days. Ashley is a wonderful, sweet woman. But when it comes to things like ridiculous offers, and ridiculous requests, she has no problem dealing with that. For our new purchase, another member of her team, Adolfo, mainly handled that purchase, including driving over an hour to show us homes as we purchased out of the area, but were insistent about staying with the team we trusted. Here's the thing. Even though Ashley was more in the background for our purchase, she always knows what's going on. She's very detailed, answers questions promptly outline time frames, etc. I can't say enough about her. The other thing I think you should know about her is that she is actively involved in the community, she gives back a ton. I can't recommend her or her team enough!!!
Ashley did a great job of selling our home. She had a great marketing plan, provided great advice on how to stage the home, and kept us informed during the process. She and her team are outstanding. We really appreciate her professional services and ability to negotiate great deals (two homes) and complete the transactions on schedule.
Ashley not only was our agent, but she is also now a very dear friend. She was there for our family for the purchase of our home and later for the sale!! She is there to answer your questions, wise with answers to those answers you don't know, and extremely knowledgeable about all real estate questions. A definite have to have an agent and compassionate star in our book!
Ashley is awesome! We had a meeting, in the beginning, to go over what I was looking for, and everything she showed me had what I was looking for. When we put in the offer, her advice helped me beat out 10 other offers. When we were negotiating with the sellers, they had dropped the price a couple thousand and I was happy with it, but Ashley said, "let me get you a little more" and she did! She goes above and beyond! I would definitely call her again to buy my next house.
Breanna helped my husband and I find our dream home! Me being picky, to say the least, Breanna was always so helpful and accommodating to our needs. Her knowledge and follow through with requests, escrows, and financing options were always up to date and timely. I would HIGHLY recommend Breanna to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. We are so happy with our experience and do not regret going with Breanna.
Breanna grew up in the area that we bought our house so was incredibly familiar with what neighborhoods would work for us. She was diligent and worked hard for us. Her knowledge of how to work with the sellers and her constant communication with our broker gave us peace of mind that nothing in the purchase process would slip through the cracks. I contacted Ashley Bedard about a year ago to sell my condo in San Marcos, CA. She explained the current market, discussed marketing techniques, and outlined the sale process up front. It was obvious to me that she was a skilled real estate agent and had her finger on the real estate pulse in North County. After having some discussions with Ashley, I decided to rent the condo for a short-term lease. Ashley even assisted with the rental process. We relisted about six months later and the condo is now in escrow. I got the sales price I wanted! Ashley guided me through this entire process, with often daily updates via text, email or by phone. She was always in communication with me and always available to answer even the silliest and mundane of questions. She did a beautiful job of staging the condo and the professional photos were amazing. These things really made the listing stand out next to four other listings for the same models! She listened to potential buyer’s feedback and even had some painting done based on the feedback. Additionally, Ashley referred us to an agent when we moved out of state who helped us buy our dream home. Her recommendation was spot on! Ashley and her team have been nothing short of wonderful to work with. She is responsive, professional, well-versed and respected in her industry, and just a very nice person to work with. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home or selling their own in the San Diego area. Ashley was a dream!
