Regal just recently returned from London, where they represented California at “A Place in the Sun”, Europe’s largest real estate exhibition, which resulted in a spin off from the popular television show, Europe’s version of HGTV’s House Hunters. it was a great opportunity to market our client’s properties internationally and establish a California presence for foreign purchasers. With a TV show, a gorgeous 4-page spread in the magazine, which is distributed to 36,000 foreign buyers, and a live event, there were many visible promotional opportunities and research shows considerable interest in California. More than 15% of purchasers in California have been foreign investors in the past few years.
