This is the second time our family has used Ashley as our agent. She helped us purchase our first home about 4 years ago. This time Ashley had an entire team working with her. Ashley handled the sale of our condo, sold it for the full list price in 6 days. Ashley is a wonderful, sweet woman. But when it comes to things like ridiculous offers, and ridiculous requests, she has no problem dealing with that. For our new purchase, another member of her team, Adolfo, mainly handled that purchase, including driving over an hour to show us homes as we purchased out of the area, but were insistent about staying with the team we trusted. Here’s the thing. Even though Ashley was more in the background for our purchase, she always knows what’s going on. She’s very detailed, answers questions promptly outline time frames, etc. I can’t say enough about her. The other thing I think you should know about her is that she is actively involved in the community, she gives back a ton. I can’t recommend her or her team enough!!!
