We ran out of superlatives in describing our awesome realtor, Patti Newton. Straightforward qualities that come to mind, are caring, patient, sincere, intelligent, flexible, available, great communicator, capable, punctual, goes the extra mile, and so much more.
My condo went up for sale in the very beginnings of the COVID pandemic in February of 2020. Rules, regulations, laws were changing almost daily, and Patti was right there on top of all the changes. The short story is, we sold our condo in six days. There were a lot of I’s to dot and many T’s to cross in such a short amount of time. We pulled off moving and the sale to the minute.
Patti really went the extra mile in so many ways and was extremely helpful with all the details. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.
